Chao Sanlitun Beijing Hotel

The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially Melo the concierge. He were really nice too make sure I had a great experience. He organized a private car for me when my tour to the Great Wall was canceled, and even recommended some fantastic local restaurants nearby. The location of the hotel was also fantastic for both shopping and dining. And the best part was the car service provided by the hotel, so convenient to explore the city without any hassle.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the lighting in the room was a bit complicated, and the function to stream music through the TV/stereo speakers didn't work well.

Conveniently located near Sanlitun area with easy access to shopping centers, bars, and restaurants. Staff is friendly, professional, and fluent in English. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice views. Enjoy complimentary beverages and interesting books. Live jazz music adds to the pleasant ambiance.

Excellent service and attention to detail. The staff were cute and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a modern and luxurious feel. We loved the complimentary mini bar and the full blackout shades in the room. The breakfast options were superb, with a choice of three menus to cater to different tastes. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and the option for a nourishing meal. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was close to a major shopping center and only a short cab ride away from the main attractions.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of Sanlitun. The hotel is conveniently located on the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the restaurant in the hotel offers amazing food options. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great shower in the bathroom. The hotel also has a variety of facilities, such as a mini bar in the room and a beautiful city view from the indoor areas.

The breakfast room staff and some front office staff lacked effective communication skills.

The hotel's chic and artsy atmosphere paired perfectly with the vibrant shopping and dining neighborhood in central Beijing. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a stocked minibar and snacks. We also appreciated the delicious set menu breakfast and the convenience of having a bar and restaurant on-site. The overall experience at Chao Sanlitun was superb. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon entering the lobby, one is greeted by an artistic and modern atmosphere. the room is beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with exclusive amenities such as a mood lighting system that can instantly transform the ambiance. the bed is extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to all needs. the restaurant and bar area is elegant, offering a varied and delicious food and drink selection.

The lighting in the room could be more user-friendly, as it can be difficult to navigate and adjust. this minor issue does not detract from the overall luxurious experience provided by this hotel.
